PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

From idea to prototype, the development process spans a series of different activities, including concept development, research and design. Every stage is carefully managed to guarantee a steady flow of information between the style department of the fashion house and Giuntini’s product department, allowing careful monitoring through to approval of the final prototype.

MATERIALS RESEARCH

The designer’s initial idea is developed and fine-tuned in order to create a prototype for subsequent study and development. The fitting process is carefully managed with great attention to every detail, including accessories, construction, and design elements, the goal being to create a catwalk-ready garment.

CREATION OF PAPER PATTERNS

Giuntini guarantees the same high quality standard across a wide range of garments, from tailored outfits and evening gowns to exquisite creations in cashmere, chiffon and lace. The company embraces versatility to achieve the highest quality, deftly transforming a variety of fabrics to create fluid, floaty garments with airy volumes, and adopting skillful cutting to add structure to stiffer materials. The result is an endless variety of shapes, all created with the same attention to detail and quality.

With a production capacity of 400,000 womenswear garments and over 6,000 prototypes created every year, Giuntini also excels in the management and optimization of complex logistics services. The company carefully manages shipping of finished products through to delivery to the final destination.
